Biologist. MSc in Management and Conservation of Wildlife. PhD in Rural and Environmental Studies at the Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. Full time professor/researcher from the Department of Ecology and Territory of the Universidad Javeriana in Bogota. With experience in wildlife research and conservation projects with and enfasis inthe Neotropics in South and Central America. With more than 17 years of experience in monitoring wildlife (using non-lethal methods) and more than 15 years in teaching and conservation projects.

In the program Partners for Conservation in the Colombian Amazon he is the coordinator of the scholarships committee.
