OPEN CALL: Masters Scholarships for Biodiversity Conservation in the Amazon Piedmont
Aimed at professionals who are currently working with to a government institution, NGO or research center, and who are enrolled in their first semester of the following academic programs at the Universidad de la Amazonia:
Master of Sustainable Production Systems.
Masters in Agroforestry.
The student agrees to perform his/her thesis under the Conservation and Governance program in the Amazon Piedmont (see detailed program on pages 3 and 4), specifically the following research approach:
Systematization and analysis of experiences in relation to the impacts of agroforestry and silvopastoral on improving connectivity, conservation and sustainable use of natural resources in Amazon Piedmont projects.
